The archive contains EEG data acquired from J20+/- and J20-/- animals, as reported in Brown et al (2018) eNeuro. doi: 10.1523/ENEURO.0426-17.2018 The data was acquired using an Opensource Instruments wireless telemetry EEG system using subcutaneous transmitters (http://www.opensourceinstruments.com/SCT/). The data are saved in a custom .ndf format and can be viewed using the Opensource Instruments Neuroarchiver software (www.opensourceinstruments.com/Electronics/A3018/Neuroarchiver.html ) The archive contains: - This README.txt file - RecordingInfo.csv: A comma seperated value text file containing the following variables: - AnimalID: The ID of the animal - Genotype: "J20"=J20+/-; "WT"=J20 -/- - Channel: The channel number of the transmitter - TimeZone: Specifying the time zone for converting between UNIX time format (the number of seconds after 01/01/1920 00:00:00) and local time - Drug Date: Date that drug was first given. If this is later than the end of the recording, then no drug was administered - DrugTime: Time of day that drug was administered - LightsOn, LightsOff: Hour at which lights were turned on/off daily. If NAN or empty then light cycle unknown - Drug: DPZ_AM, DPZ_PM, DPZ_OTHER specify that Donepezil (1.8mg/kg) was given in the morning (8AM), evening (8PM), or at another time of day, "LEV" indicates levetiracetam administration at specified dose in mg/kg. None indicates that no drug was administered - Reference: Location of reference electrode, either cortex ("CTX") or cerebellum ("CBLM") - Video: YES if video data available for the animal - DOB: Data of birth of the animal format dd/mm/yyyy - FirstNDF: The numerical identifier of the first NDF file which follows the "M" prefix. The digits indicate the time of the start of the recording in UNIX time. - Notes: Additional notes about the data - Folders labelled by AnimalID: Each folder contains .ndf files. Files contain data from numerous channels. The relevant Channel for the specified AnimalID is given by the Channel in RecordingInfo.csv. Individual files are 3600s of EEG recording at 512sps. - "J20_Video" Folder: Contains Video data in .avi format for the animals for which video data is available as specified in RecordingInfo
