This dataset contributed to the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine & Surgery (DVM&S) thesis "Diseases of wild birds of the Orders Passeriformes and Columbiformes - a review of conditions reported from the United Kingdom and an analysis of results from wild bird disease surveillance in Scotland 1994-2013" (Thomas Pennycott). The dataset contains images of some of the disease conditions and parasites encountered in "other passerines" (waxwings, house martins, blackcap) during the study period. A searchable list of images is provided in a Word document, and the images and captions are presented together in a PDF document. Individual images are included in JPEG format. Images from other species contributing to the same thesis can be found in this Collection at http://datashare.is.ed.ac.uk/handle/10283/2033 .
