Dataset Description (abstract)dc.description.abstractThis dataset contains the information on the reference images from the ADNI database, used to generate the derived probabilistic maps and white matter hyperintensities binary masks from the subset of 20 subjects scanned three consecutive years. It also contains two Linux shell scripts that use FSL-FLIRT (https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FLIRT) to register all time-points to the first scan.en_UK
Dataset Description (TOC)dc.description.tableofcontentsThe two files with extension .sh are Linux shell scripts to register (i.e. align) the images obtained at the two last consecutive visits to the first scan. The two text comma-separated files (i.e. with extension .csv) and the excel spreadsheet (i.e. file with extension .xlsx) contain the filenames of the following structural magnetic resonance images from the three visits acquired from 20 ADNI subjects: T2-star, MPRAGE and FLAIR sequences.en_UK
