Specifically GWAS proteins. For seven GWAS summary files, there was an incorrect number of SNPs and the files were not formatted in line with the remaining, correct summary statistics files. The dataset has therefore been superseded - the corrected dataset is available at https://doi.org/10.7488/ds/2612 .
