This directory contains full summary statistics for the following EWAS studies in the Generation Scotland cohort. Epigenome-wide autosomal sites associated with chronological age with concordant effect sizes in the discovery and replication cohorts identified using the linear regression model. (Supplementary Table 1) Epigenome-wide X-linked sites associated with chronological age with concordant effect sizes in the discovery and replication cohorts identified using the linear regression model. (Supplementary Table 2) Epigenome-wide autosomal sites associated with sex with concordant effect sizes in the discovery and replication cohorts identified using the linear regression model. (Supplementary Table 3) Epigenome-wide autosomal sites associated with the age-by-sex interaction with concordant effect sizes in the discovery cohort identified using the conservative mixed-modelling approach. (Supplementary Table 4) Epigenome-wide sites associated with the age-by-sex interaction in the discovery cohort identified using the linear regression approach.
