These files contain summary statistics for meta-analysis GWAS of six traits in European, African and Trans-Ancestry. There are 18 files in total - 6 for each ancestry by 3 for each trait. The traits are DNA methylation proxies for granulocyte proportions (gran) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI1), and four epigenetic age acceleration measures of: PhenoAge, GrimAge, HannumAge, and Intrinsic Epigenetic Age Acceleration (IEAA).The following licence files are associated with this item:
