Dataset Description (abstract) | dc.description.abstract | This dataset consists of XP-EHH and XP-CLR scores calculated using the hapbin (https://github.com/evotools/hapbin) and xpclr (https://github.com/hardingnj/xpclr) software with default parameters across 79 water buffalo and 294 cattle whole genome sequences. The breeds being compared and the chromosome number are indicated in each file name. The water buffalo positions are with respect to the UOA_WB_1 genome assembly and the cattle with respect to ARS-UCD1.2. This dataset replaces an earlier version (https://doi.org/10.7488/ds/2721). | |
