These datasets contain full summary statistics for epigenome-wide association studies (EWASs) carried out using two methylation samples from the Generation Scotland: Scottish Family Health Study to investigate associations between blood-based DNA methylation and APOE ε4 vs. ε2 carrier status. The two samples were termed the "discovery" and "replication" samples and a meta-analysis of the EWAS results from the two samples was performed.
