Introducing blood flow in kidney explants by engraftment onto the chick chorioallantoic membrane is not sufficient to induce arterial smooth muscle cell development
Kidney explant cultures are an important tool to gain insights into developmental processes, insights that can be used to develop strategies for engineering kidneys from stem cells. However, explants are not connected to ... -

A pedagogical research on use of an online learning platform by final year medical students on under five pneumonia
An online portal was developed for final year medical students from five medical universities in Rawalpindi and Islamabad cities of Pakistan on case management of under-five pneumonia. This was a 6 month intervention which ... -
Estimating the Burden of Chronic Respiratory Diseases (CRD) in Bangladesh Using the 4 Country Chronic Respiratory Disease [4CCORD] Study Tools
Despite its leading contribution in mortality and related multi-morbidity, Chronic respiratory diseases (CRD), particularly asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) are largely underreported in resource-poor ... -
Data from: The effects of feed restriction, time of day and time since feeding on behavioral and physiological indicators of hunger in broiler breeder hens, Poultry Science article
We used broiler breeder hens fed one of 3 feed treatments: AL (ad libitum fed), Ram (restricted, fed in the morning) and Rpm (restricted, fed in the afternoon) to control for diurnal effects. We then conducted foraging ... -
